A Day in the Life in Spotsylvania

"A Day in the Life in Spotsylvania" was a living history reenactment focusing on the history of Spotsylvania County. Guests had an opportunity to walk through time and follow the stories of historical citizens of Spotsylvania County and experience the feelings, customs and activities in many different walks of life over the past 400 years of county history. This special event was one of many events being held in the Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg area in conjunction with Jamestown's 400th Anniversary celebration. Information for the event was posted here, at Spotsylvania's official web site, and at www.spotsylvania.org.

We've posted some of our photos from the event below.

We always love going to Belvedere Plantation. It's like a second home to us. During the Fall, you'll find us there just about every weekend during the Belvedere Plantation's Fall Festival. We like to think that we add a little something special to the festival. In our opinion, your visit to the plantation isn't complete until you've savored some of our hot, fresh, sweet kettle korn.
