Blues in the 'Burg

The 2005 Blues in the 'Burg Festival was held in September in Market Square, adjacent to the Fredericksburg Area Museum. The vendors were in the alley between Market Square and Caroline Street. It was extremely hot in the alley, perhaps the hottest event we've been to. It wasn't one of our bigger events, but we did enjoy listening to the blues. We were particularly impressed by a 14-year old boy who wowwed everybody on the guitar. There were a lot of other good musicians, but he was outstanding. And we got to pop some great popcorn.
