Stafford Family Flick and Fun Fest

2008

Stafford County Parks & Recreation Department is the host for this fantastic event. The movies are always great but it's the fun before the film that makes it special for us.

Consider this. The party starts at 5:00 p.m. but the movie doesn't start until it gets dark. So that's like 3 or 4 hours to enjoy all of the fun things that Derrick Carr and his crew have arranged for us. 3 or 4 hours before the movie. Then there's a fun movie. And there's plenty of kettle korn and other good eats to enjoy. We hope to see you there.

Curtis Memorial Park is located at 58 Jesse Curtis Lane off Hartwood Road (SR-612), 2 miles north of Warrenton Road (US-17). Click the link below for a map to the park.

2007

Stafford County Parks & Recreation Department hosted the Stafford Family Flick and Fun Fest on Saturday, June 2, 2007. The movie was projected onto a large inflatable screen.

We had a great time with the crowd before the movie started. Our good friend, Buzzy Bee, from B-101.5, was a big hit with the little children.
