We thought we'd help the Snead family open their new family farm at Braehead Farm.
We discovered that Memorial Day weekend is kind of early for good strawberry picking. Still, it was fun to learn more about Fredericksburg history

We went to Food Lion to raise money for Children's Miracle Network.
This was likely our last event for Food Lion and Children's Miracle Network. Food Lion wants 3-5 weeks advance notice before
we show up to raise money. Unfortunately, our work schedule with the Navy doesn't give us that kind of advance notice.
It's too bad because we are very proud of the money we've raised over the years for CMN.
